A house that follows the slope

Rather than cut the site flat, the house steps with it. Three half-levels follow the natural grade, which kept excavation and retaining to a minimum — the cost saved went into the joinery and the roof.

Passive first

Deep eaves and cross-ventilation do the work an air conditioner otherwise would. Each level opens to its own terrace.
