Logistics, designed
Circulation, loading and staff amenity were resolved as one plan, so the office is part of the building rather than a box bolted to the front of it.
The gain
Fewer forklift movements, a shorter walk between dock and desk, and a staff area that gets morning light. The layout took real cost out of daily operation.
